MirrorMe — AI hairstyle preview

These terms form an agreement between you and TODO legal entity name ("we", "us") governing your use of the MirrorMe application. By using the App you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

1. The service

MirrorMe lets you upload a photograph and generates preview images showing you with different hairstyles, using third-party AI models. Generated images are illustrative only. They are not a prediction or guarantee of any real-world result, and should not be relied on when making decisions about medical, cosmetic, or hairdressing treatment.

2. Your account

You need an account, created through Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must be at least TODO age years old to use the App.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photographs you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit them to our AI providers for the sole purpose of producing the previews you request, and to store the results so the App can show you your history. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

You confirm that you have the right to upload each photograph, and that you have permission from anyone else depicted in it. You must not upload unlawful content, content that infringes someone else's rights, or photographs of children.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the App to impersonate anyone or to create misleading images of real people.
• Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse engineer the App, or disrupt the service.
• Do not resell or redistribute the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing period, and currency are shown in the App before you purchase, and are set by the App Store or Google Play for your region.

• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings, not in the App.
• TODO — if you offer a free trial, state its length and that any unused portion is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. TODO — state your own refund position for jurisdictions with statutory withdrawal rights, such as the EU 14-day right.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its software, and its branding belong to us and our licensors. Subject to these terms, you may use images generated for you TODO — state clearly whether personal use only, or commercial use permitted; this must be consistent with the AI providers' own output terms.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes. The App depends on third-party AI providers, and their availability is outside our control.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. 9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may terminate or suspend your access if you materially breach these terms.

10. Governing law
